Local variety!
Discovered on the Colville Indian Reservation in Washington State, this garlic is the winner of the 1990 Rodale Kitchen’s taste contest. This local variety contains a robust flavor that makes it good for cooking and drying for garlic powder. Its unique, strong flavor has very little burn. With large bulbs, it is our longest storing garlic. Inchelium Red makes everything taste better.

The largest clove variety of the farm, this spicy garlic is all about its amazing size and scapes. A Canadian variety, Susan Delafield is a hardneck that produces wonderful scapes and incredibly large cloves. Cloves per bulb vary, but we’ve had four giant cloves per bulb.
