Tucked away in a secluded forest in North East Washington resides Garlic Mountain, an organic gourmet garlic farm.

Purchased in the 70s, we carved out the space for a house and a small patch of farmland while leaving the surrounding forest untouched. This land has never been subjected to the toxicity of traditional farming.

We take forest management and sustainability seriously here at Garlic Mountain. As a family, we have done reforestation, put up birdhouses for species of concern, and do everything we can to make the local wild bee population happy.
